Swelling

I've had some pretty severe swelling in my feet and ankles the last few days and my blood pressure has been a bit higher than my normal. When I bend my ankles there are creases left in my skin. It just hurts to move. Should I be concerned? I know some swelling is normal but I didn't think severe swelling was.
