Which date should I go off?

I just found out that I am pregnant, and am not sure which date to go off. I had my IUD removed the end of April, had some spotting, and then haven't had a period since. my LH spiked a couple times, but technically wasnt positive. Which date should I go off of for the date I conceived? the spotting or the LH spikes?

Even if you think its a specific date they might change it at your dating ultrasound so dont worry about it now.

When you go to the Dr they'll tell you how far along you are by the measurements, since you're not really sure :)
