How bad of swelling is "too bad"?

When it starts hurting/your calves hurt also or is that normal? 34 weeks

I had terrible swellig. My fingers went number, my calfs were rock hard and was painful to put any pressure on. Doctor said there was nothing they could do though, after I delivered my daughter is was 30 pounds of pure baby and water weight a week after. Just try to take it easy when you can. It really doesn't get better till after you deliver.
