UTI treatment, help!

I had a UTI a few month ago and I have one back now. I make the mistake of holding on too long when I need to go to the toilet which I believe causes it. That's besides the point.

My question is; without antibiotics does anyone have any ideas as to how to treat it myself?

Last time I had one (which was the first time) I tried ural which made me feel sick and I ended up on antibiotics because it was a bad one but this one hasn't become that bad yet.

Please any suggestions?
