Small red itchy bumps?!

I have small red bumps that itch like crazy all over my arms and torso... Anyone else have something similar to this or know what it could be? It almost looks like a rash of some sort... Def not bug bites or poison..

I get random rashes all the time to, I barley pay attention anymore. My skin is just so sensitive if I look at it wrong I get a rash 🙄 gotta love hormones lol!

I have the same thing down my back. Popped up yesterday and still there today. I can't figure it out but see my doc Thursday. Let me know if you figure out what It could be.
