12 Week Appointment

Uuuuggggg! I'm just so nervous! I'm so nervous all the time. I just want to have my US pic and know everything is OK, but I don't want to go, because what if I'm in trouble for something I have done wrong (gaining too much weight) or what if everything is not OK. I know I can't go on in blissful pregnant ignorance, but why can't I know what I'm getting into at every appointment. I feel so unprepared all the time, and have nightmares about it the night before. Uuuuugggggg!
