Glow pop up reminder(?) help

I'm TTC and have it set as TTC in my section where you change your settings on the app. I'm not using birth control of any kind an glow is telling me every morning I get a pop up notification thing on my iPhone reminding me to take my pill. How do I make it go away? In the genius part I've already unclicked all those to off so it's not in there. Any where's else I should be looking?
