Uterine prolapse (possible TMI)

Has anyone had any experience with uterine prolapse? I am 11 weeks and 4 days and yesterday I began feeling like something was trying to fall out down there... And when I looked, i could see something bulging out and I totally freaked! Called my doctor but since there was no bleeding or pain we decided not to send me to the ER. I was at my docs office first thing this morning and he examine me and said it was my uterus but that when the baby gets bigger and pushes things upward it will go away. So for now when I'm up walking around I always feel it sorta trying to come out. It's just mildly uncomfortable and I'm hoping it doesn't get worse. Has anyone experienced this earlier in pregnancy? This is also my first pregnancy.
