Hcg ...up down up??

OK long post sorry but please help..

I got my bfp or 6 of them haha then confirmed by Dr and confirmed again to make sure they we're going up and everything was perfect my nipples are dark I am hot all the time blahblah blah

I started having brownish pinkish discharge and pain on my left side almost in the center but left side where it hurt to try to lay on my left side but right was fine. Went to er they gave no answers other than my hcg blood count was perfect. I did a follow up with my Dr 3 days later and my hcg dropped and was told I was having a miscarriage. I did blood work 3 days after that but didn't get the results until today thanks to the weekend and holiday but they were going up..not a lot but up not down like they expected. I started bleeding yesterday heavily but have now slowed down. While I was pregnant with my son I bled huge clots the first 3 months but never any pain. He is now a healthy 9 year old football lover. Has anyone ever experienced anything like this? What was your result? I have to go back tomorrow for more blood work but I hate the wait and see part.
