Sorry if this is gross but - what's your discharge like?

Mine is always changing and sometimes it's quite thick and heavy but other times not so much - it's always been like this so I don't know if I've just always had an infection or its normal. It does sometimes smell but not foul or particularly unpleasant. It varies between clear/white/slightly yellow and thin and watery/thick and gloopy. I know this sounds gross but I looking for some reassurance or whatever?
