Has anyone ever been told they had hypoechoic around uterus after U/s?

I Had an ultrasound last week and the nurse called saying ihave a low lying placenta, which I had in my previous pregnancy and it went away, and hypoecoic around uterine wall., can't talk to anyone until tomorrow. Now on freaking out due to all of Google's answers. Anyone else get told this??? What did it end up being??
