So it's mine and my dh's first month ttc. I'm already taking Geritol every night at dinner. Do you guys know of anything I or we can do to help us conceive?

People suggested pre-seed lube before and I've been using that this cycle, our second trying for first baby (in fertile window now) as well as tracking temperature, cm etc on the app and doing ovulation tests (which I've yet to get my head around or see a positive on) and sex every day of fertile window. Hoping for my bfp this month - last month was a practice run 😂 good luck and baby dust to you xxx
