Hi guys been ttc for 9 months now keep getting bfn. This last month I really thought was the month had cramping 8 dpo back pain and strange dreams. 10 dpo today took a test bfn. Im so tired of seeing these bfn results. Every time I see it It hurts me I dream about the day I'll see that double line literally I dreamed about it last night got a positive pregnancy test and this morning was negitive.... How do u guys stay positive? This is our 1st
