Feeling unloved

I'm 30 weeks in a few days and me and my boyfriend haven't had sex in months, I'm self conscious about my body at the moment and even though he hasn't said or implied that he doesn't find me attractive whilst pregnant that's the impression I'm getting. I'm not always feeling up to sex as I'm getting bigger and feeling tired but he is not the one feeling like that yet still he never seems bothered.
