Ear infection?

Hey ladies,

How do you know if your LO has an ear infection.  What are the signs to look for?

My son was up all night,he was very irritable and had a hard time breastfeeding.

You could Google this, 🙄 but watch for him to pull or tug on his ear & be very cranky

Fever and crankiness is a pretty good indication. Tugging on the ears in addition to the first two as well. But without a fever it's unlikely to be an ear infection

My daughter was 6weeks old and had one . She didn't have a fever.  She was just crying alot
