BBT...How do I do it?

Question

Up until now, I've guesstimated my ovulation based on cm. But now, I want to learn how to use bbt to help speed things up. Lol 
I am in my fertile window. Had ewcm today. I read to temp first thing in the morning. Any help would be lovely 🌹

Fertility Friend has a free course on charting, but the basic information is take your temp before getting out of bed, keep the thermometer where you can get it without moving much.  You want to take it around the same time and after at least four hours of sleep.  If you can find a thermometer with 2 decimal points to be even more accurate
