4 year old girls birthday present??

Want to get my friends daughter a birthday present, she's turning 4. She's girly, loves pink, doc mcstuffins, etc I think normal 4 year old things. What do your 4 year old daughters like? What should I get

I usually do clothes for the kids because its something they will use til they grow out of it. My step daughter is showered with toys and stuff for her bday and Christmas(like 2 weeks apart) and she has so much she doesnt even play with. She is girly and loves to dress up in dresses with pretty dress shoes or have her hair done. So i usually get clothes and shoes and hair accessories for her because she uses them more than her toys. Find some clothes with  characters she likes or maybe a pair of shoes some hair accessories like bows. I do that with all my neices and step daughter and they absolutly love it.

How about some type of craft kit or coloring set? Like jewelry making, or play doh, or a Spirograph, or sticker sets, or a game, or swimming stuff, or you know those bags that come with markers so they can color their own pocketbook. I don't know, just some ideas.
