Prenatal vitamins questions ?

This is my first time being pregnant 😓 it's a little nerve wrecking . But I have a question that might be kind of a dumb one , but bare with me . 
. I'm about 4 weeks , I haven't gone to a doc and I haven't told anyone because I haven't told my husband that I'm pregnant (waiting to surprise him in a week for our anniversary ) 
So let me get to my question .
I just bought over the counter prenatals , and there is two sets of bottles with two different pills One says Dha and the other multi . 
I just wanna know , 
am I supposed to be taking both pills together ?

If one is just DHA and the other is multi you can take them together. I use pregnacare and they have a DHA tablet and a multi tablet, I take them with my main meal.

Im pretty sure those pills go together , but if it's hard for you to take 2 pills once take them couple of hours apart

I wouldn't take both because you will get double iron and zinc and that can make you hardcore constipated!

It probably has instructions on the box.. Is one of the vitamins JUST dha? And the other is multi with folic acid?

When you go to the doctor they prescribed them to you and tell you which is best for your body because there are so many out there. Also I didn't start taking mine till four months. The prescription ones have more DHA or iron if you do need those. Good luck onto breaking the big news🎉
