These allegations are just further proof to me, that as long as you have a generally good image, and are well liked in public - people will defend you.
This goes for celebrities as well as normal people such as coaches, teachers, cops, preachers, etc.
I feel that we should believe the victims, and if you can't do that - at least lend your ear and refrain from judgement.
I was sexually assaulted by a family member when I was nine. My father and stepmother still doesn't believe me to this day. I never wanted revenge against that person, I just wanted to be believed.
