Supwr concerned

So i am 24w5d atm and ive been pretty concerned about going into labor early because my baby is so low. I only feel him kick below my belly button like at the top of my vagina bone. I have never felt him move about my belly button, now if he was to stay this low my whole pregnancy by the time he dropped he wouldnt have a very far drop for me to be ready to push u know ? So im wondering if anyone else has bad this concern..
