Scary movies?

Is watching scary movies bad while pregnant. I know it's probably dumb for asking but how everything we feel affects the baby I wonder if it's bad. Especially how if you get scared and panic

I watch them all the time and I'm 39+3. My family actually does this thing were children watch the first chucky movie by the age of 5. All the grandkids (12 of them) have seen it by 5 other than the ones a little older but they still seen it when young. I used to own a chucky doll when I was little :P

It's on my mind too. I like watching chilling movies about ghosts and im 20 wks pregnant. I think watching people being chopped up or brutal bloody stuff happening on screen is giving your baby the wrong message but haunted and ghostly movies a ok like movie 'The Others'

Well I know being pregnant gives you a heighten imagination as far as dreams go lol. Me personally I couldn't handle scary movies because my dreams were crazy as is. So I wouldn't recommend it. But its not anything that's law.

If you get too scared of course it's not good but if it's just a normal scare it probably wouldn't be too bad since it wouldn't last long. That's probably why they usually don't like for pregnant people to go in haunted house. (Idk though, just a guess)
