Pregnant with #3

So I'm pregnant with baby #3 and go for my first ob appt Wednesday but I'm nervous because every time we have gotten pregnant on our first month of trying it has ended in a miscarriage. I'm trying to remember all the symptoms I had with my other ones but honestly besides morning sickness starting around 7wks I have no clue. So I'm wanting to think positive and any ladies who are expecting little ones please help me by telling some of your symptoms that made you for sure know it is a healthy pregnancy.
