Intense lower back/sciatica pain? Please help!

I'm almost 27 weeks now and I know pain is normal in pregnancy, but I've never felt pain like this before! I'm afraid to take anything including Tylenol because of how dependent I was on it in the first trimester. This pain is seriously intense though it's like it radiates across my whole lower back and tailbone and it won't go away! I've had it since yesterday, but I was also having BH contractions a lot yesterday and last night too. Should I phone my doctor or see if I can wait it out? Does this even sound normal to anyone? 🤔😬

My sciatica has gotten bad the further I get along. Its in my back and both my hips. I sometimes step and have to catch myself cause the pain shoots down my leg or back. I'm 33 weeks and it hurts pretty bad and I have a job that is physical so that doesn't help.

I'm 27 weeks and the sciatica pain is bad. I've had issues with it before pregnancy but this is bad. Try lying on the hard ground for a while. It hurts but seems to ease some pain after 5-10 mins. Getting up is another story. Tylanol is deemed "okay" during pregnancy but it's a personal choice. I don't take it unless my head is killing me. Call your dr if your worried; this week is all about aches and pains. I have not experienced BH yet so calling your dr is probably best.

Unfortunately it can be very normal, this is my 4th child and ive never had pains like I've been having this go around....Dr says its really not anything you can do but wait it out😞
