Job interview

I was contacted yesterday about interviewing for a position I applied for about a month ago. I didn't know I was pregnant when I applied...and honestly, thought I wasn't even being considered because it's been so long. My interview is next week, and I'll be 10 weeks pregnant. It's a job I think I'd really enjoy...only problem is I'm starting to show a little due to bloating. I feel like I should tell them at the end, but I don't want my pregnancy to be a deciding factor. Anyone been through this before?
