My TSH level is 3.9. I have an appointment with my RE next week and when I talked to the nurse over the phone she said he would probably start treatment for it then. My fertile window will be before that though. The nurse assured me it's safe to try to conceive. However, after going down the rabbit hole of Internet research,  I'm worried about the effects it could have if it doesn't get down below 2.5 within the first few weeks after conception (assuming it even works this month, though my acupuncturist said if TSH is the culprit I probably won't conceive till my levels are lower anyway). Has anyone been in this boat before? I know I should trust the nurse but can't help but worry about potential problems. I'd appreciate any thoughts. Thanks!
