Is it infected?

Does this look infected to anyone? I went on a website to see if maybe it was and it said that if the bar hangs lower, if there's redness, if there's still pain then it could be infected, all three of those things are happening to my piercing but my piercer told me when I got it done that discolored  puss stuff will come out and it will look really nasty if it's infected. I would just like some people's opinions before I get ahead of myself
