Extreme dehydration
I'm so still getting used to having to drink EXTRA water. Don't get me wrong I drink water ALL day long but on days I work out I guess I'm not drinking enough bc I worked out last night and cramps woke me up out of my sleep like the ball curling cramps. No bleeding, just cramps! I chugged a Gatorade and they went away. This is so very annoying anyone else have the same issue?
