Dose anyone know how to get rid of Stratch marks? I've already tried coa  coa butter

Your best bet is just to exfoliate away the dead skin and to use bio oil... This is what I do and they have faded over time. Unfortunately stretch marks never really go away. You have the option of fraxel or laser treatments but those are quite expensive and don't guarantee full fade.
