A positive blood group but found E antibodies!

I'm hoping someone can help me..... I just got my blood test results back today and it says I am A positive but they have found anti-E! Has anyone else had this before? I've read online that if you are a negative blood group the baby could be a positive hence why the body is developing antibodies. I can't find any information on anti-E and I'm a little confused and worried by it all. Hopefully there is someone out there that can help
