Braxton Hicks?
So this might be TMI, but I'm not sure if I'm having bowel issues or if it's braxton hicks contractions. I'll be 32 weeks tomorrow, and this has happened several times now over the last few weeks, I get what feels like a strong menstrual cramp and then I have to poop. Are these braxton hicks? Does this happen to anyone else?
