Peak fertility twice in a cycle?

Hi ladies! I am very confused! I had a peak and a rise in bbt on friday ( 11 cd). I have being testing again for three days in a row for no reason. However, today i noticed a good amount of creamy CM, so i decided to test and i got a peak! My bbt was a little bit low compared to yesterday, but still higher than last friday. I am so confused? Any thoughts? Gunce any comments? Thanks
