TWW #13 -7 dpo this is so hard

So.... Ugh im so flippin frustrated. It seems like every month is different. Different pms symptoms that trick me into believing im pregnant. This month ive been crampy, pretty moody, i know i ovulated because i had EW CM and a streak of blood when i wiped the same day i ovulated. Today i have 7 more days till AF decides to show her ugly face. Today ive had very little discharge. My cervix is high and soft (yesterday was high and hard) last night and the night before i kept waking up in thr middle of the night feeling wide awake telling my SO im too hot and then next thing i know im back asleep. But i was so tired between those periods of being awake its hard for me to remember them. My boobs hurt but thats normal and i have a new rash but with my luckb its probably just heat rash. Im so discouraged. Anyone have any advice or can relate??
