Any ways to relieve sciatica pain?
I fortunately have the pain just in my left side right above my butt cheek and goes down my butt a little but not all the way down my leg.. However I'm almost 21 weeks and I'm sure it'll get worse any way to relieve this pain? Also I'm in clinic up until my birth in October so walking around the hospital all day may make things worse 😐 thanks in advance!
