Help!!

Ok so i been off from bc since february since the n my first period was on time my second period was a 40 day cycle and now its been 43 days and still no period... saturday i felt like wet down there so i tought i was bleeding but nothing and then i had a really bad cramp on my left ovarie... today i tested but it came negarite what is happening??
