Ladies help me please🙏🏽

The first day I spotted I ran to the restroom and peed, wiped and there was pink spotting. The second day (June 3rd) the same thing and then the third day it stopped from June 4th-5th! Today I peed and wiped and I had brown spotting so I put a tampon on because I thought I was gonna start my period, I went to use the restroom later that day the tampon wasn't soaked it was only a small amount of brown. Then I put another tampon and I took it out two hours later and there was literally nothing in there! Wtf I'm freaking out! Usually I'd be on like my 6th  tampon
