Loss after 16 weeks?

Question

If anyone is ok with sharing have you experienced a lost after 16 weeks? Did anything cause it?

We lost our angel girl at 19 weeks due to a missed infection that ruptured the baby's sac. She was beautiful and was a mini Daddy! But she sent me her little brother, I know that for sure!! And our next one on the way too. I have a gaurdian angel! Here is my boo boy next to her memorial rose bush. We named her Taylor Rose.

I went into premature labour at 25 weeks and had to have an emergency c-section. Our sweet son lived a short 1 hour and 22 minutes. Absolutely no reason for the early labour. Common causes include shortening cervix, plancental abruption, and infection. All have been ruled out, though it is my understanding that they couldn't check for every possible infection.   They thought maybe cervical incompetence, so by cervix is checked every 2 weeks now, should be at least 2.5 cm and I'm above 3.7 cm at 21 weeks and 5 days. Also swabed for infection every two weeks. Everything is going well, but it was last time too until that moment. No signs or warnings.

My boy died when i was 17wks pg I had a u/s done at 16wks and 3 days the lady said he looked fine ..  They done heaps of blood tests on me and found nothing.. So i got told its just one of those things..

My cousin has 4 kids and all were premature and she was always high risk she was pregnant the same time as me but hers ended at 19 weeks she had PPROM her water just broke and she started dilating
