No intimacy after losing mucus plug?

FTM here. Im 33 weeks and I lost a little bit of my mucus plug today and my husband said that because of that we can't have sex anymore from an article he read. Is there any truth to this or anyone heard of this? TIA

Mucus plugs regenerate. The only time I've heard that you shouldn't or can't have sex is if your doctor tells you or your water breaks

Sex is a great way to help induce labor and is totally great to continue as long as your comfortable. Nothing from sex will harm the baby
