Miscarriages

Hey Guys, I've had 3 miscarriages the Dr has checked me out and there is nothing wrong with me. Is there anything anyone can suggest I might try to prevent or help carrying a baby? I'm taking Elivit tablets I have a good diet and I'm not over weight. I'm starting to get depressed as I desperately want to fall pregnant and have a baby. I'm open to any suggestions
