How do you handle morning sickness?

I have 3 babies under 5yrs old and i have been staying sick non stop. If its not my allergies making me so stuffed i cant breathe then its the morning sickness thats getting me. If it wasnt for my husband and in laws helping with my kids i have no idea what id do. We are auppose to go on a date tomorrow but im feeling so bad that i dont wanna move out of the bed. I forced myself to eat today and it made me worse. I have no idea what to do or how to react. If i take something for neasea then it makes me sleep and i can't do that..how do you manage morning sickness with young kids in the mix?!?!?

This kept me sane. Eliminated my violent night sickness. 5 drops in 24oz of water is what I did. It's a tea concentrate. Tasty, SUPER healthy, and it gave me an energy boost. I can always tell when I haven't taken it. I paid $30 at an herbal store. Best money I've spent on myself in a LONG time. Kicks in pretty quickly too. I'd notice a change in 30 minutes.

I suggest you cancel the date.
My boyfriend knew how shitty I felt so we stayed at home and watched movies because that was all I could do.
Also, try 25mg of a b6 vitamin in the morning and a half a unisom at night. It helped me tremendously! Just don't forget to take them! I swear it will work for you. Give it a try it won't be more then 20 bucks. :) Best of luck!

I take Unisom and b6 every night before bed and I feel great the next day! Before I started taking it, I was seriously so sick all the time that I could barely get through the day.
