😩😩 help

I went to the doctors yesterday. Just for blood work, and I scheduled my first u/s. If I was at risk for a miscarriage the blood work would show that right? But last night I woke up with the worst stomachache cramps then had really bad diarrhea. This morning I'm not sure if it's my uterus or my stomach, but I still have a weird cramping sensation and very light bleeding.. I'm 8wks today and I just want to make sure everything is okay 😪 here's a tmi pic. But my tp when I wipe. Very very faint blood.
