Quick pain now spotting?

Hello I've had the paragard for about two months now. My period is supposed to start Friday but I'm sitting at work and had a quick pain at my cervix ( I think that's where it was based off of similar pain from the IUD insertion) lasted a second and now I'm having spotting. Very light pink spotting when I wipe. Should I be concerned? I have very very faint light cramps could be compared to slight period cramps or that I have to go to the bathroom. I'm always so paranoid!!
