Food 🍦🍰🎂🍮🍬🍩🍫🍧🍨

Does anyone else feel awkward when they eat ? I don't mean at restaraunts or food places, I mean like other places lol. For example I brought my MIL to the dentist because my BIL has an appointment and I haven't eaten breakfast and we're going to eat after but I just happen to have a kit Kat in my bag and I really want it 🙄🙄🙄 we're In the waiting room but I feel like everyone will stare and see a big belly and me eating and be like 'haha.. ' ☹😭😭😭
