Gallstone pain

Hello fellow mothers and soon to be mothers. Does anyone have gallstones or had? How did you overcome this annoying pain. Did you try home remedies? Surgery?? What??? Does it affect your baby?? I'm worried. 20 weeks and have this unbearable pain. Went to ER and was told they couldn't do a thing about it until after baby is here. That's 20 more weeks from now. Can anyone help? 😭😭
