I'm flying to Hawaii to stay with my boyfriend and his family in the next day or two (my mom works for United so we can fly for free anytime) and I just got my period in the night, but I was expecting it on the 10th. 
Anything I can do or eat to make it not last as long ??

Nothing you can really do about it. But i suggest not geting a window seat so you dont have to crawl over people when you need to go to the bathroom.

Haha . Funny. I just went to Hawaii April 1st, for 10 days, and I got mine the night I arrived!

Have you tried a menstrual cup? If not I don't recommend you try it on vacation first thing, but they are a blessing once you get the hang of them!
