To circumcise or not?!

My husband is set on not getting our son circumcised because he isn't and hes fine. My brother and SIL didn't circumcise my nephew and he's only 8 months and has already had a uti and is getting circumcised this weekend. Which I imagine will be worse on him because he's already older and will probably feel more pain. I don't know where to start researching on this to ease my mind and decide what to do. I don't want to not circumcise him when hes born and then have to do it later when he's older.
