Exercising after csection
Mutiple moms.. I did good with my weight during my twins pregnancy and gained enough for them but not too much. I am 5 weeks postpartum and have lost all of it but 6lbs. I have not started doing anything but walking at this point. I had a csection and have a ton of extra skin. What did you do to get rid of it? How long did it take? And how long did it take before you were back to your exercise routine?
