Suing OBGYN

I had an Rigjt Ectopic pregnancy and I had to have surgery the baby was in my Right Tube. My OBGYN suppose to have taken my Right Tube. When I got out of surgery he told me that my left tube was healthy and I can have a baby by April 2016 I started going to a Ferrility Clonic where they help couples have babies I was only going because I only had 40% chance of getting pregnant on my own and plus use I only had one Fallopian Tube Left and that was the Left Tube. Okay the people at the Fertility Clone set me an appointment to do an HSG test where they check my Tubes to see if they are there my results came back saying Left Tube is NOT there, Right Tube is 1cm Visulaize. Do I have the right to sue him because he was not suppose to go on my left side at all he was suppose to only worried about the Right side cause that's the side where the baby was I still have the scares from the surgery because they not going away every time I went to talk to him I ask him to let me see the pictures of my tubes he told me and my mom that they was blurry for him to show me I need so advice!
