Okay my first time ever taking a ovulation test, Ik they both have to be dark or darker than the other line.. Now my question is, does this mean I can still get pregnant?

You always have LH in your system. Meaning there will almost always be some sort of line. You're looking for the test line to be as dark or darker than the control. That means LH is surging and ovulation might happen a day or two later.

The lines can go from this to a blazing positive --sperm can stay in the body for up to 5 days-- so it is possible
