When is the right time to announce?

I'm currently 15w1d and only my parents, boyfriends parents, and close friends of ours know. We have yet to announce it to everyone. I feel like timing just isn't right because I'm in the middle of being offered a job promotion and I don't want my boss thinking I can't "handle" it and my parents are dealing with a lot of personal stress and haven't gotten around to telling the rest of our family yet. I just feel like I'm so late on telling everyone and announcing it that it's stressing me out. Should I wait any longer or do it asap?
