SPD 31 weeks
Anyone have or experienced SPD? I was just diagnosed today with a rare case called disastis symphsis pubis where my pelvic joint is separating and causing severe pain and instability. They said I have to have a c-section but I'm wondering if anyone else has gone through this or knows what I should expect or do to help?
